🎁 Craftifyx After-Sales & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Craftifyx — a global pre-order platform dedicated to bringing original character dolls to life through crowdfunding. Because every doll is made to order, we ask that you please take a moment to carefully review the following policy before placing your order. We appreciate your trust and want to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.
🕒 1. Pre-order Model & Campaign Duration
Each pre-order campaign lasts for 21 days.
A minimum of 50 confirmed pre-orders is required to mark the campaign as successful and move forward with production.
Once the campaign is successful, orders are finalized and locked in.
We truly appreciate your support and understanding that these conditions help us deliver the highest quality product.
🛠 2. Production & Shipping
After a successful campaign, production begins and typically takes about 75-90 days (2.5-3 months).
Once production is complete, we ship your order within 7 business days.
We ship worldwide with tracking provided, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
We understand waiting can be hard, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process.
💸 3. Refund Policy
If the campaign does not reach 50 orders:
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the campaign ends.
If the campaign reaches 50+ orders and is successful:
All sales are final once the campaign closes. Because your contributions directly fund the production of your doll, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or changes after the campaign ends.
We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support of this process — it enables us to bring these special creations to life.
🔁 4. Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives and there’s an issue, please reach out within 7 days with clear photos or video so we can assist promptly.
We are happy to offer replacements for:
Items damaged during shipping
Incorrect items or wrong quantities sent
Major quality issues such as missing parts or significant defects
For other concerns, we kindly ask for your understanding that returns or refunds are not possible in cases including but not limited to:
Change of mind or personal preference (color, size, style differences)
Minor natural variations due to handmade nature — these slight differences make each doll unique
Incorrect information entered at checkout — please contact us ASAP before the campaign ends if you realize there’s an error
Production or shipping delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, supply chain issues)
Minor imperfections such as small stitching differences or subtle variances
Issues reported after 7 days of delivery
We encourage you to get in touch as soon as you notice anything — we are here to help and want to ensure the best experience possible.
Refund Policy Reminder
We process refunds in full for the original transaction amount. Please note that if your credit card has automatic currency conversion enabled, your bank may apply exchange rate differences or additional fees. These charges are not covered by us. To avoid such discrepancies, you may contact your bank to disable automatic currency conversion.
🚚 5. Shipping Address Changes
Before your order ships:
You may update your shipping address by contacting us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the package is dispatched.
After your order has shipped:
Due to international shipping restrictions, address changes cannot be made once the order is in transit.
We appreciate your understanding, and we’re always happy to assist with any questions.
🚚 6. Shipping Delays & Support
International shipping can sometimes face unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We want you to know that we are here for you.
We want your order to arrive safely and bring you joy.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before checkout.
🚫 We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
📦 If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the recipient being unreachable, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.
In such cases:

Customers are responsible for reshipping fees if they wish to resend the order.

If you choose not to reship, we’ll refund the product price only (shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable).
