For limited-time crowdfunded items like plushies, production begins right after the campaign ends. These items typically take 2 to 2.5 months to produce, depending on the complexity and order volume. Shipping will begin once production is complete—around 2 to 2.5 months after the campaign closes.

You can always check the “Estimated Shipping Date” section on each product page for the latest updates.

While we work hard to deliver each plush just as your favorite creator imagined, shipping issues can occasionally happen. If your product arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact our support team right away—we’re here to help!

Each custom plush is made-to-order with care! After a successful campaign, plush production typically takes around 2 months. This allows time to ensure high-quality results for every plush toy.

Once production is complete, your plush will be shipped out immediately.

You’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email from CraftifyX containing your order details and a tracking number.

You can track your plush delivery at any time using the Track My Order page or by signing in with your order number and email address.

⚠️ Note: Our customer support team sees the same tracking info you do. For real-time updates once the package is in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world!

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the distance of the shipment.

Campaigns generally run for 21 days, though occasionally the duration may be adjusted. Fans can pre-order items during this period. If the minimum pre-order threshold is not reached, all orders will be fully refunded to the fans. Once the minimum is met, production begins based on the total orders.

Already have a design concept for collectibles or other product ideas? Share them with our expert team for a thorough review. We work closely with you through multiple rounds of revisions until you and your brand are fully satisfied.

Sample Production: Once the design is finalized, we create physical samples for your inspection and approval, ensuring the highest quality and fidelity to your vision.

Campaign Launch: After sample approval, we collaborate with you to prepare for the campaign launch, helping you reach your audience and maximize your project’s success.

Our product design and manufacturing are expertly handled in China, where we collaborate with a network of trusted production partners. Plushies are typically crafted from soft, high-quality fabrics and filled with hypoallergenic PP cotton materials, ensuring they are both safe and comfortable for all ages.

CraftifyX Plushies are lovingly handmade, making each one unique with slight variations from the images you see online. For larger plushies, they are often vacuum-sealed inside the mailer bag to provide extra protection during shipping.

Our team will review the information and assist you as quickly as possible.

If a campaign does not reach its minimum funding goal by the end of the campaign period, CraftifyX will automatically refund the full amount to the original payment method used.
